Leeds reduces two-year discount rate

Leeds Building Society has reduced the rate on its two-year discount mortgage to 3.05%, down from 3.20%.

The deal is available between 76% and 80% LTV and represents a discount of 2.64% off the society’s standard variable rate.

It allows borrowers the flexibility of 10% capital repayments each year and comes with a booking fee of £199.
