Some sellers 'eager to put their houses on the market'
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) has reported that the UK experienced the highest level of vendor activity for nearly three years in March, according to its housing market survey.
Overall, the report found that a net balance of 21 per cent of surveyors enjoyed a rise in new instructions and the industry body expects transactions in the housing market to continue to increase over the next few months.
