Leeds launches low fee 5-year fixed rate mortgage

Leeds Building Society has launched a new 5-year fixed rate mortgage at only 4.75% to compliment its 10-year at exactly the same rate.

The fee is only £199, with no higher lending charge, free in house legal services for remortgages and 10% capital repayments are allowed each year, without penalty.

The mortgage is also fully portable should a borrower wish to move home."

The rate of 4.75% is available up to 75% loan to value. There is also a option available up to 85% loan to value at only 5.25%, which at that level of loan to value is market leading, with exactly the same flexibility.
