Recent figures suggest that rental yields in the Buy to let market rose to their highest levels in over two years last month despite falling rents. Average rental incomes dipped by 0.8 per cent from April to £11,952 in May, while average landlord property prices also fell by 1.4 per cent in this time, but they were both up year-on-year, by 11.7 and 7.5 per cent respectively.
