Abbey has announced the launch of a new fixed-rate mortgage range that it claims will offer borrowers significant savings by cutting the fees that they have to face. In response to the high take-up of fee-free products, the lender has made six new deals available under its Premier Homebuyer Solution banner, which cover all legal and valuation costs and therefore can save customers an estimated £1,400 on average.
