Britons are willing to pay more for properties with designated parking spaces, according to a new poll, although exactly how much more varies between regions and age groups. More than two out of three borrowers would pay extra for a house with a parking space or driveway, Halifax's data showed, with homebuyers typically willing to shell out just under £5,000 more, while one in ten are willing to expend up to £10,000 on top.
