Buy to let landlords confident about 2008 market

Landlords are confident about the market in 2008 with 86% planning to either increase their portfolio or leave it untouched over the next six months, according to a survey conducted by Mortgage Express. The factor which most influences choice of buy to let mortgage for landlords is interest rates. More than three-quarters (78%) of landlords feel this is the most important consideration while broker recommendation was cited by 16%.
