Latest housing market data from the Nationwide Building Society shows London still leading the way regionally in Q4 2006 - the annual rate of house price growth returning to double digits for the first time since Q3 2004, reaching 11.3%. That's well above the UK average of 9.3% and only slower than the booming markets of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
