Buy That Second Home?

Buying a second home abroad can seem like a perfect way to escape England’s winter doldrums, and more people than ever are taking the plunge. According to the largest building society in the UK, during the last decade the number of British people who have bought property abroad has shot up by around 85 per cent. However, unless the buyer has the cash and can pay up front, they face something of a mortgage dilemma.
