Aimed at the self-employed and those unable to prove their income, the revitalised mortgage range offers various mortgage options to homebuyers and those looking to find a remortgage. Highlights of the new mortgage range include a remortgage deal that offers a fixed mortgage rate of 5.35 per cent until March 1st 2007. This remortgage deal offers a refund on valuation and free remortgage service. A maximum loan to value of 85 per cent applies to this loan. The mortgage range also includes a two-year and five-year tracker mortgage with a mortgage rate of 5.09 per cent. Borrowers taking out the five-year mortgage will get cashback of £1,000.
