New Flexible Buy To Let Deal

We are pleased to be able to offer our clients access to a new flexible buy-to-let mortgage deal.

The buy-to-let, two-year flexible fixed deal is fixed at 4.99 per cent for 87 per cent LTV. Although there is an arrangement fee of 1.5 per cent, this can be added to the value of the loan itself, and the early repayment charge (ERC) of three per cent only applies for the initial two-year period.
