New Fixed Rate Deals
Mortgage Solutions are pleased to announce that we have access to more new fixed rate mortgage deals with effect from the 18th November.
The two, three, five and 10 year products are fixed at 4.74 per cent, 4.94 per cent, 4.94 per cent and 5.09 per cent respectively, with a reservation fee of £199 payable on the five and 10 year mortgages, rising to £399 for the two and three year offers.
Although the reservation fee is essential, there are three options for paying it.
It can either simply be paid upfront, or be added to the total value of the loan, or alternatively it can be substituted for a slightly higher interest rate.
