Non residents who require Spanish mortgages are normally limited to a maximum loan size of 70% of the purchase price.
As in the UK, there are a limited number of lenders who will offer deals over and above this up to 90% based on circumstances.
The maximum term for Spanish mortgages is 40 years with an age limit of 80 in the final year.
